You('ve) lost me means I don't understand or can't follow what you are saying, I am confused or bewildered.
我没明白你说的话，或者是你说的太快了我没跟上，我很疑惑。

例句：

“再说一遍”

当你听不懂对方说什么，或对方说得太快、声音太小导致你没听清楚，你可以这样礼貌表达??

如果你需要对方把刚才的话重复一遍，你可以这么说：
Sorry, what did you say?
不好意思，你说什么？

如果你没有听清对方的重点，你可以说：
Sorry, I missed that. Could you say it again？
不好意思，我错过你刚才说的了，能再说一遍吗？

如果对方说话声音太小，你完全没听清，可以说：
Sorry, I couldn't hear you. Could you say that one more time please？
不好意思，我没听到你说的话，能再说一下吗？

如果对方说得太快，你可以说：
Sorry, I didn't catch that. Could you speak slowly？
不好意思，我没听到，能慢点说吗？

如果你听不懂对方说话，你可以说：

当你在说事情，别人在听，想问对方是否听懂了、听清楚了，可不要只会一句Do you understand，你还可以这么问??

Am I making sense?
我说的意思清楚吗？

Am I explaining this clearly? 
我解释清楚了吗？

Does that make sense? 
这件事讲清楚了吗？

Does that make sense to you? 
这样说你可以吗？

Did you get/ catch all that? 
你懂了吗？
