The Chinese mainland recorded 11 new COVID-19 cases on Tuesday, five from overseas and six domestic cases in southwest China's Yunnan province, data from the National Health Commission (NHC) showed on Wednesday.

No new deaths related to COVID-19 were reported, the NHC said.
▌云南瑞丽市区开展全员核酸检测

云南省瑞丽市新冠肺炎疫情防控工作指挥部31日发布通告，31日8时起，全面开展市区全员新冠肺炎疫情核酸检测，检测费用由政府承担。

通告指出，市区所有居民进行居家隔离，时间暂定一周，居家隔离期间，除超市、药店、农贸市场外，其他经营场所一律停业；居家隔离期间，每户居民凭网格负责人开具的出行证明，可安排1名人员外出采购生活物品；单位家属区、商品房小区等有集中管理的居住区，由小区门卫做好登记，体温检测、扫码出入；运送医疗物资设备、生活用品、农副产品等需要进入瑞丽的货物车辆，由入城卡点进行检查、测温后，凭行程码或云南健康码绿码放行；3月14日0时后离开瑞丽的人员要主动向当地社区报告并做核酸检测。
People in Ruili, Yunnan province have been ordered not to enter or exit the city, as traffic controls are being conducted to contain the spread of the coronavirus, according to officials at a news conference on Wednesday. The ban took effect at 10 pm on Tuesday.
云南省卫生健康委员会31日通报，3月30日0时至24时，云南省新增确诊病例6例，新增无症状感染者3例，均在瑞丽市。

The city reported six locally transmitted confirmed COVID-19 cases and three asymptomatic infections on Tuesday, according to provincial health authorities.
▌原则上不进不出！

3月30日22时起，瑞丽市对离开该市车辆、人员进行交通管制，原则上不进不出；确需离开瑞丽的人员须持72小时以内核酸检测阴性报告。

对进入瑞丽的人员、车辆原则上就地劝返。

People who must leave the city are required to present a negative coronavirus test taken within 72 hours. People entering the city will be asked to turn back.

待全员核酸检测完成后，视情决定是否继续实施交通管制。

The traffic controls will be lifted after everyone in the city completes a test. Testing is expected to be completed before midnight.
